Where are you located?
Elegant Picnic Inc is located in Pittsburg, California - but our products are shipped from warehouses all over the United States.
How can I return an item?
We have an easy return policy. Our Shipping and Policies page explains in detail how to return an item.
I live outside the contiguous United States - Can I still order from you?
Elegant Picnic, Inc ships to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) only
How long does it take for items to ship?
The shipping time is stated on each product page. It states the time it takes the item to leave the warehouse and the number of days the item will be in transit. It can take 1 to 3 days for an item to leave the warehouse and a transit time of 2 to 5 business days. If you need expedited shipping please call us with the SKU number and the shipping address for a shipping quote.
Do you charge Sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only for orders that are shipped within California. No sales tax is collected for items shipped outside California.
What payment methods will you accept?
Elegant Picnic, Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We currently don't accept debit cards; however, you can set-up a free PayPal account for debit card transactions. Go to www.PayPal.com to set up an account.
What currency are your stated prices?
All of our prices are in United States dollars.
Orders received by Elegant Picnic are typically shipped UPS. Occasionally items are shipped by FedEx. Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for shipping times. Standard Shipping typically takes between 3 and 5 business days depending on your location.
Do you gift wrap?
Only items with an SKU Number ending with PT are available for gift wrapping. The gift wrapping option is available during the ordering process. There are four choices available: wedding, seasonal (i.e., Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.), feminine theme and masculine theme. An additional $6.00 will be added to your sales total if you choose this option.
Can I include a message or gift card with my shipment?
Yes you can include a message or gift card with any item you purchase. There is a text box for your message on the first page during Check Out. There is no word limit, but please keep your message as short as possible. There is no additional charge for this service.
